delete the particular view index via command

Add a feature to delete particular view index via command.

Currently, it can delete via Administrator Client. (File tab, Manage Views)
But it is inconvenient if user want to remove view index from many dbs. If it can perform by command option, user create batch file to perform this.

Or It can delete all view indexes by "Compact -D". But user don't want to delete all view indexes.

Sometimes view index size become very large in the customer's site accidentally. So they want to delete it to control the size of the DB. The customer want to remove index (not rebuild), so Updall -R is not enough.

Can you please explain why you even want to delete a particular view index manually? Why is running updall -R not enough?
