separate view index file for each view in DB when NIFNSF is enabled

I find it would be useful to treat each view index as separate file while administering and troubleshooting. i.e. less change of locking NIFNSF file on large views or no need to wait rebuilding all view indexes when only 1 or 2 views need to rebuild

    there might be separate option in server notes.ini like NIFNSF_Style. if absent or equals 1, it's current behavior with single NDX file. if equals 2, it's separate NDX-like files for each view/folder

    it might help with simultaneous access to different view which need update and could lead to more effective CRU thread leverage
