Need to display "Required invitees" and other fields in preview page when printing calendar entries in Resource DB

The current scene is as below:

1.Create a few meeting invitations via Notes client, fill in "Required invitees" & "Optional Invitees" ,”Locations” ,“Detailed description” and select a Room, then send the invitations.

2.Open the Resource Reservations database, switch to Calendar view, then click File-Print.

3.Set print settings ,select "Required invitees" , "Optional Invitees", “Location” & “Detailed description”, then click button “Preview”. refer to attachment of "Calendar_Print_settings.png"

4.The preview page does not show "Required invitees" , "Optional Invitees", “Location” & “Detailed description” for meeting “test meeting001”, “test meeting002”& “test meeting003”. refer to attachment of "Preview_result.png"

Note: It did not show "Required invitees" , "Optional Invitees" for meeting “testing meeting004” at first, then customer tried to re-select another Room then re-send the meeting invitation. When he tried to print Calendars again, it displayed "Required invitees" , "Optional Invitees" in preview, but other fields ,such as “Location” , “Detailed description” , they still did not show up.

Root cause: It should be a limitation in Resource Reservation handling.

When a meeting invitation is sent, the RnR database will have a corresponding document for the reservation. This document does not contain any information about the invitees, Locations, etc. Thus it's impossible to print them.

Customer's requirement is that it fills in all the detailed information in RnR database when customer sends the meeting invitation, thus it can display these fields when customer print calendars in RnR DB.
