if the user login in Verse or inotes user should get details about last login IP and date and time (like Gmail )

Activity Tracking should provide this information already.
I guess this could be helpful if Traveler was excluded. Just log a time when the mail was accessed manually.
Do you mean when the mailbox owner last logged in or when the mailbox owner last used the mailbox for reading / sending / calendar entry?
