pop-up-help-text in configuration document incorrect (Field "address lookup")

The help-text states that "Fullname" requires a unique case insensitive exact match in the $Users view. "Local part" requires a unique case insensitive exact match of the part of the address before the @.

Based on this help text I assume that the part left of the @ has to be the same in the SMTP-Address of the persons document.

But thats not true in all cases:

We had the case that an e-mail send to a retired employee (empA) was send to another employee (empB).

empB coincidentally has the same last name as the empA first name + lastname.

An e-mail send to firstname.lastname@domain finally was send to Lastname@domain because the router found it in view $Users.

In this case firstname of empB was ignored.

The help text does not cover this behaviour and therefore it needs some update.
