Tracking of Deletion mail from Mail file database,

Tracking of Deletion mail from Mail file database,

Admin would like to track or provide stats upon request if any email deletions have happened in specific user mailbox and who has done those deletions.

Business use case: Senior Management user have PA/EA to manage their mailboxes, sometime these users delete emails by themselves and then it becomes very difficult trace who has deleted the emails.

Logging deletions is being planned for Domino V10, so an administrator can find out who deleted a mail and when. I'm going to change the status of this idea to 'planned' for indicating that this is what you are looking for.

There is an existing idea about logging the deletion and it has a planned status, so I guess this is something that will be done in upcoming release ?

Another use case is seen with shared mail files in which an audit trail is requested to show who and when a message was deleted.
