Tom, agreed but according to the case CS0492061, it doesn't. That is why my email stayed in the mail.box. Although it could have been the backup internet was to slow for domino to deal with. I will be doing some more testing on this in the next couple of days. I agree it should not matter.
I'm wondering about this idea being submitted. The network connection of Domino does not change, its your router or internet access, routing, etc. that may change but the routing of TCPIP packages should not have any effect on mail routing in Domino.
