Recognition of network changes in real time Merged

We have a server with 2 network ports(primary and secondary) and each of them is connected to a different internet provider.

When we disconnect the network cable from the primary port, Domino starts displaying the message below on the console and the external messages stay in hold on the mail.box:

"The server may be down, or you may be experiencing network problems. Contact your system administrator if this problem persists"

After a few seconds, the OS (Windows) recognizes that there is another internet connection available through the secondary port. Then it is possible to access websites on the internet through the server browser. However, Domino keeps displaying the message in the console as if there was no network connection and the emails continue in the mail.box.

It would be nice if Domino recognized these network changes in real time, without the need to restart the service.
