Lost e-mail with error: File truncated - file may have been damaged

I've experienced a mail database error File truncated - file may have been damaged

In the specific scenario the incoming e-mail get lost.
The router behaves correctly when the same corrupted database is copied on another server.
There must be a specific circumstance where the incoming e-mail get lost. I've opened a case to let HCL investigate on this.

Seems like something else is interfering with the mail, e.g. a 3rd party product messing with the storage while domino is trying to use it. I'm just guessing, however this certainly is not a normal behaviour . so please open a support ticket to investigate the issue.

I strongly suggest to classify this as a BUG to solve, no as an enhancement!
