Provide the details of shared mailboxes along with access details and usage details

Currently if we want to find which are all the shared mailboxes (mail files) in Domino and which users have access to these shared mailboxes then there is no easy way to identify it as all mailboxes are treated equally. So it is hard to differentiate between them. Further if we want to know which users are sending mails through these shared mailboxes (usage details of say last one month) then there is no easy way to identify the same.

So there is a feature request to provide a method for easily identifying shared mailboxes on Domino along with which users have access to it and also their usage details of the selected period. There should be a report or an Excel sheet generated with these details.

This Enhancement Request is submitted for Domino 12.0.x, 14.0.x and 14.5.x versions.
