Copy IDP's root certificate into the local cacert during the Notes Client setup.

Use case: Receiving an IDP certificate warning message during NFL configuration using seamless authentication (deploy.nsf + setup.txt) with login name as short name [SAMAccountname]. Currently, this is a manual step to copy the IDP's certificate into the cacert.

    We are planning to update this process so that it works automatically without intervention in the form of manually copying root certificates.
