Allow RFC822 address format for Mail-In databases

You can configure the address of a mail-in database like

"My Teammailbox" <team@acme.com>

and this format will be used for sending, if you use this entry as owner of the mailfile.

Stupid problem: You will not be able to receive to this address unless you are creating a second mail-in db entry without the friendly name.

Reason for that, is that the first column of the view in NAB which is being used to check for mail destination will contain the full content of the internet address and not only the address part.

This should be fixed on the template side.
