Is there any chance of this going further? Unfortunately, nothing has happened with the last updates of the resource database.
FIVE YEARS of stubborn ignorance. They do not give a shit for the very basics in this product.
Also with 12.0.1 FP1 unfortunately still no browser support!
How much longer should I put off our users?
In 12.0.1 there is still no possibility to use the R&R Database directly in the browser.
When will this finally be possible?
Especially if only webmail is used.
It is years overdue!
I would like to ask you for fixing that missing functionality ASAP. I have prepared data for accommodation reservation and finally found that there is not a chance to reserve them through RaR database. Please enforce development sources also for this very useful feature in version 12.0.1 and later. Thanks in advance.
This issue must be addressed ASAP! Multiple customers are asking for this as there are many use-cases where Rooms or Resources must be blocked for more than 24 hours (e.g. several days or even weeks).
What is the status on reservations >24h?
Customers are waiting.
@Thomas I doubt that anybody wants unofficial template that makes their environment not supported.
we are waiting a long time for it!
Make Domino more attractive for customers.

Totally agree.
Let's say that you have a company that uses Domino only for messaging/calendar. The users only need two applications : their own mailfile, and the RnR database. But as of today, this database has been totally forgotten : not friendly at all in the Notes client, and not designed for web. So it is hard to appeal a prospect with any of both. And for a company that would leverage the Verse UI and get rid of the rich client, there would be a hole with this application.
Maybe the topic "Reservations over 24h must be possible" should be an own topic.
It must be possible to have a reservation where you can give a startdate with starttime AND an enddate with endtime.
Everytime I have to do a car-reservation from Monday 13:00 to Wednesday 09:00 I have to create three reservations.
Nobody is perfect. However web interface of resources & reservations interface looks like nightmare.
Also resources and sites should be named in local language. At the moment it is not supported.
The catering option within a ressource and also reservations greater than 24 hours would be great improvements
Reservation of catering within a room for instance would be interesting (with mail notification sent to a group/individual). Otherwise, several reservations as well.
the OpenNTF template still contains java onload, so it doesn't solve the usage problem for browsers without java installed.
Is "OpenNTF template for using Reservations from XPages" validated by IBM ?
