Prevent FullText indexer to index empty files - set minimal size threshold

I noticed that the Domino (Domain FileSystem) indexer calls on Tika's to extract text from empty files. This causes errors and delays in indexing process.

From Tika logs:

org.apache.tika.exception.ZeroByteFileException: InputStream must have > 0 bytes

From Domino console-log (with DEBUG_FILTER_TIMING=1):

...Tika filter upload and response: DocID = 00000000 Sent len = 0 Received len = 4441
...Tika Attachment Filtering - took 15 msecs Filtering File System Attachment '...document.docx' (DocID = 0), size = 0, occurrences = 15


I suggest too implement a new notes.ini option to set a minimal file size for the indexer to call out to Tika. Like: FT_INDEX_FILTER_ATTACHMENT_TYPES_MIN_BYTES=1024
