NIFNSF : Don't list NIFNSF DB(NDX file) when issue "show dir -nifnsf".

Don't list NIFNSF DB when issue "show dir -nifnsf". Now it shows NDX files.

    I agree. This is an issue. I had NIFNSF running. Then I disabled transaction logging. It caused odd problems and the server would not restart. To get it to restart, I removed all the NIFNSF setting in the notes.ini and the server started. It seems like it is very important to run compact -c -NIFNSF OFF before disabling transaction logging. DAOS behave better if you disable transaction logging. It sets the DAOS state to read only instead of crashing the server.
