How to enable document level encryption between two external domains.

Customer X wants to enable document level encryption for all users between two external domains. Informed customer that this can be achieved for individual users only via third party internet certificates or we can make SMTP connections secure via TLS. But customer requirement is to enable document level encryption for all users between two external domains. Raising this request on customer behalf.

    You can use Notes encryption if the public key of the recipient is known to the sender. this can be done by providing a replica of the pubnes (or extended directory catalog) to the other side (both ways)
