12.0.1 will ship soon :)
Danish + other Nordic languages have already shipped for 11.0.1, and for 12.0.1 they are scheduled to ship in Q1/22.

We hope 12.0.1 is RTW soon - do you know if GR3-languages (Danish) is included in the v12.0.1 release? .. we are still running 9.0.1 because Danish wasn't availible in v11 until this summer - and we would like to upgrade to v12 in December if possible (our employees need Danish)

We have shipped the missing Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) a few days ago for Notes V11.0.1.

The HCL Could https://collab.cloud/ is hosting over 500 Norwegian accounts and there will be much more into the future. Now, is really time to deliver the Norwegian language pack.
We are an international active logistics company. Our more than 23000 clients are therefore in use in all available languages. In Denmark and Norway alone, we have over 300 employees, who currently use the clients in their national language.
At these locations it is very difficult for us to argue for a migration to Notes 11 or higher and could even become a showstopper.
In addition, the missing languages make it difficult to operate under Citrix, as the client language here is based on the language of the operating system.
We therefore urgently need the missing languages!
I am supporting more than 6000 users in 39 organisation , all stuck on Notes 9.0.1, because they are using the danish client, for mail they will switch to O365, but they have 15 years of development in buiness critical Domino application.
We are a company with apx. 400 users running 9.0.1 Danish - we hope that the Danish-language pack is avalible soon for v11 so we finally can upgrade to get advantage of the new features.
HCL could offer this to the community to bring these languages to the platform
Well, we are a multinational Danish company with currently 500 danish users, and if the templates and clients are not avalible in danish we would be forced to switch to another platform..., we where so happy that there finally was some development in notes, but very disappointed to learn that it will not be avalible ind Danish.
yes, all languages that were supported before Notes 10 should be at least supported in the future releases.
If HCL don't support them any more this looks like HCL don't have the power/budget to make notes/domino future-proof.

Notes/Domino should not only support Nordic languages, but all languages on the planet. This is how a product becomes attractive to the world.
we have many employees in Hungary that only speaks native language. If this language will not be available this could be a show stopper for notes and domino 11
No question, any common non-english language should be supported. Often employees do not speak English well, so translations must be available.
+1 for giving the community the ability to support the translation process!
It will be quite difficult to convince companies like UNOX, Statoil, Danske Bank etc. etc. to use the Notes Platform, if we cannot offer it in our native language! Many companies are fleeing from Domino, even though it should be their main platform, and not supporting Danish would just give them an extra, good argument, and that would be quite an expensive mistake from HCL, which the product cannot afford!
So no question at all that Danish and the other nordic languages should be maintained!
You can't bring the past from Domino into the Future, if you cannot port it using the same LOCALEs as before.
Making this change could invalidate a lot of existing Applications out there.
Suggest the Translation should be offered some way or another.
HCL could start a community effort to do the translations, using a collaboration tool like LocaleApp.
Someone mentioned that the translation could be done by the community. Excellent approach. HCL please find a way providing the translation files so that the community can work an them and give them back to you.
This could be a blue print for many other languages, too.
