Notes federated login password sync with internet password.

In Security Policy says -"In any security policies that are applied to Notes® users whom you plan to include in Notes federated login, disable synchronizing the Notes client password with the Internet password." Is it obligatory or not ? Is it possible to synhronize Internet and Notes Password in Federated Login

No it is not possible as it uses the AD password.

    The idea of a federated login is to get rid of passwords, not to sync them.

    You are already saying that you cannot sync the Notes password. And this is correct because there is no Notes.ID password which could be synced.

    Having a sync for the AD password would be great. But this isn't that easy to implement. It needs plugins on the AD side.

    Assume this is what you are ask for?
