Make Recipient for OVERDUE Mail be customizable

Hey,

In domino leap (v.1.1.10)

When using the internal reminder-system we can currently only change the subject of the mail which gets send when the document is OVERDUE. Not the recipient; that's the same as it is for the other workflow-messages.

We'd like to have that customizable tho, since there are a few use cases wehre you don't want them to be the same user.
