Menu command "Application / Update Design..." remembers last used server (in notes.ini)

Every programmer who has had to update a list of applications from a changed template needs this.

Having to choose the server to pull the template from over and over again is such a useless waste of time...

This would be sooo simple to implement: write server name to notes.ini - read it from there.

    Great idea! As a developer, I update designs dozens of times a day...

    In addition, any developer would like to see in the "Refresh design" window not the full list of dozens of servers, but only a fixed list. In my case, the list would contain only two servers: Local and development server. Well, the third item: "Choose from a general list of servers..." In addition to the undoubted convenience, this would give additional protection against accidental design updates from the wrong server.

    @Thomas Hampel:

    1. you are assuming all developers have admin rights -> less and less happening

    2. and what if users need your urgent fix asap ?

    Why not just put the template(s) on the Domino server and load the design task ?
