Many customers still ask who is HCL?
When the customer has to decide to migrate or maintain the investment in the software and renew the licenses, the competitors of the software are usually evaluated: as Domino or Sharepoint.
Unfortunately, a decisive factor for many CEOs or other decision makers is who is the company that develops the software and the HCL is still largely unknown in many countries!
Therefore, my suggestion is that HCL invest more in marketing actions to become more known and popular in the world, such as publishing news on popular websites of business technology professionals to publicize their products and events (HCL Digital Week and the launch of new version of the Domino 12 platform).
