Allow for the use of regular expressions in server mail rules conditions

Please make it possible to use regular expressions (regex) in mail rules conditions - both in server rules and in rules in mail files. It should be possible to check subject and e-mail body and perhaps also sender/recipients.

    @Thomas Hampel
    Naturally you have a good point about end users and regular expressions. However my first concern was about server based rules (the ones defined in server configuration document). Maybe as a trade-off the solution could make use of patterns already used by @Matches function.

    Mail rules are meant to be created by end users - would a typical user be able to write a regular expression?

    I would vote for @Formulas for conditions and actions!
