The URL you have referenced is a support forum, and OpenNTF itself is not supposed to be the support forum for our products. However, we do understand the idea that you want to highlight which communities or user groups do exist out there, so I think it would be a better place to have an overview of those groups/communities directly on the product landing page : https://www.hcltechsw.com/domino
it will be also helpfull to integrate
-- a archiv function into the group mail template (and possibilty for search on group and attached archive files)
-- a function who has opened email / task and
-- closed / finished task
-- more functions for follow up like in the "normal" mail database
-- language (en, dt, fr, es, cn, ...)
