When you are forwarding a document, why should the forwarded mail not also be sent to someone who previously was copied on the distribution list? Full control remains with the author of the mail.
By compare, do you mean flag the additions being made or just identify duplicates? Would you want the duplicates automatically removed for the sender's convenience or just have the duplicates highlighted?
