Show Secure email symbol and require secure email

Due to the fact that encrypted emails is trending this would be a great addition to the client

Display an icon on emails that was delivered using secure connection ( Both in Notes and Verse) 

And add a new delivery option that requires a encrypted secure TLS or Domino connection to be delivered to the recipients.

Also add a mailbox settings that the option for secure deliver is always checked by default

If a secure delivery wasn't possible a delivery failure should be sent back

Better support for emails encryption and signing

The information about electronic signature of sender OR about email encryption is "hidden" for standard user (nobody cares about icons in status bar or about text messages in status bar). The information should be available in view, in memo form. ...
