Notify users if they are not working on their homeserver

Sometimes users have a replica on their workspace pointing to a distant server (f.e. if they clicked on a doclink that has not replicated yet). Once the server is the top server it stays and the user is working on it without knowing.
If would like to have a bult in function that checks if the db/link is available on the homeserver and asks the user if it should switch to that one.
Local replicas/links should be kept out (if the 'default' workspace link is set to local)

    However you can add this function to your database open script to check if the ACL Adminserver is the current server.

    This is rather difficult in a situation where a document available on a remote server has not replicated yet to your local server.
