Launch Notes database in own window, without full Notes client

Several of my customers no longer use Notes for mail, but still use Notes applications.  In that context it would reduce friction for users if we could have a Windows shortcut  launch a Notes database into its own window (like the Help database), without having the full Notes client around it, and of course without having to enter any login details.
