Hide tool bar in Notes Client

Notes toolbar will disappear even when the view is displayed.

Customer would like setting such way that they want to view information as below

1. Workspace: Customer want to hide toolbar
2. View: Customer want to display toolbar
3. Open a document: Customer want to display toolbar

Customer can achieve point 1 partially i.e when you Hide Tool Bar it will hide every where not specific to Workspace and point 2 completely to show up Tool Bar, when they open a document in edit mode or compose new document. They can choose to Show Tool Bar only when editing.

There is no option available to display toolbar while Customer just view the Notes Client UI information like open Inbox, Sent folder, All Documents with set [Hide All Toolbars] option enabled and you set [Show Toolbars Only when Editing] option. Customer can either allow to view All Toolbars or Hide All Toolbars.

This is working as design.

If Customer want to display toolbar when you just view the Notes Client UI information like open Inbox, Sent folder, All Documents, Customer requested Enhancement request for provision to hide Toolbar based on the requirement.

Tool bars should either be always displayed or should be context sensitive.
