New Memos created in a Mail-In Database will not be encrypted in the "Sent" view.

if an encrypted message is sent from a group mailbox (Mail-In Database, it is stored in the Sent view of this mailbox but anyone with access to this mailbox can read it, so it is not stored encrypted but only encrypted by the router on the way to the recipient. The expectation of the requester was that the message is stored encrypted and cannot be read by other people with access to the group mailbox, except the sender and maybe the recipient.
