I do not know how you evaluate this problem, but I suffered already 2 times from it. And I considered it as a real show killer !!!
First I thought It was my mistake that I have missed the meeting. Thus I verified the entry in the calendar and ... it was not my fault - everything was set right. Second time I became suspicous and tested it . . .
Let me also remind you that this was working in Notes version V10 and below.
We have some users with the same request, but most of our users are quite Ok with the new way of missed alarm management.
A notes.ini setting would be good, so that we could change the reminder way of art. Better would be an option in the ui notes client setting e.g. under themes.
The next is:
You miss an alarm while HCL Notes is closed. When you restart Notes, this missed alarms are only visible in the bell icon at the bottom right corner of Notes. If you then mark one (!) alarm and click on "Done", then all alarms are done. Please make it possible the old way to close alarms in Notes 11 Theme like before.
The users are completely confusing.
