Provide support for custom dictionaries that can be centrally administered in the Notes and Webnotes clients

Our Notes users have to individually add new words to their dictionaries and many of these are common across the organisation e.g. staff names, company or industry specific acronyms etc. It would save our users a significant amount of time if we could centrally create, deploy and manage one or more custom dictionaries to groups of users or all users.
