Email Databases that get automatically the email from office 365

I'd like that in the lotus server configure a database that get automatically passing some parameters the email from office 365 as like as outlook and this database is stored on the server and get the emails automatically.

This open a possibilities, I can get the emails from office 365 automatically applied for example a server agent that get something. For example I create in office 365 an invoicing email, this is replicated in a Lotus database server and this I can make an agent on receive an email makes something.

I hope like this idea.

    Not sure what you would like to have:
    a) Domino fetching mails from a remote IMAP server - a solution for that already exists e.g. https://squirrel.abdata.ch/
    b) a remote server to forward mails to Domino - which also exists. However this will require the admin of the remote system to define the forwarding rules, and will require the Domino admin to configure inbound email for this application (mail-in database document)
