Edit, reply or forward a mail from the preview pane without opening an additional tab

Actually, when a mail is viewed in the preview pane and I want to forward or reply to it, it first opens an additional tab in the notes client. There then, in edit mode, I can reply or forward, but it is not possible to get the preview itself in edit mode or to reply or forward directly to it.

Users could better stay focused, if the direct reply or forward would work.

By the way: Swiftfile already works well in this situation.

A mail could be faster processed:

  • Mail comes in

  • directly reply to it in the preview pane

  • directly move it to a folder with swiftfile (already works)

  • done

  • Attach files
