Function to set To and Cc like Outlook when doing "reply to All"

In the case of doing "Reply to All" with Notes client/iNotes, the From user of the email will be set to “To” and the other users will be set to “CC”.

In the case of doing "Reply to All" with Outlook, add the From user to “To” while keep the “To” and “CC” users.


My customer needs Function to set To and Cc like Outlook when doing "reply to All".

From : UserF

To : UserA, UserB, UserC

CC : UserX, UserY, UserZ


When User does "Reply to All" with Notes/iNotes

From : UserA

To : UserF

CC : UserB, UserC, UserX, UserY, UserZ


When User does "Reply to All" with Outlook

    1.) this already exists. Use Actions / More / Copy into new / Message

    2.) the mail you are replying to was sent by ONE person, not by all the people in sendto. So a "reply to all" will address the sender directly and all others are on copy. This is by design.

    Can you please explain why this does not fit your needs?
