Add sort functionality to Folder column in mail template 9 and above

This is with reference to enhancement SPR # RGAU8MMNKX. In the mail template, in the ($All) view, there is a Folder column. This column and the @WhichFolder function should support sort functionality through column property "Click on column header to sort" in the sorting tab. This will help to identify mails in particular folder.

    Yes, and if possible extend the use cases of @WhichFolders like in document selection. I sometimes meet issues on mail boxes where a select if @WhichFolders ="" would be useful.
