OOO Notification Note should follow the user's date format

Our users set up OOO then notified users. However, they got confused since the date format in the Note is different from the start of OOO. This made confusion to the recipients. Our users are using DD/MM/YYYY format while the server is using MM/DD/YYYY.

According to the Development Team, it is working as design. However, the organization is using standard time since we have customers globally. Please implement this feature wherein the it will be based on the user's preferred date format.
