Option to deny access to local databases or ID after next connection to server

We would appreciate to get an option/process to deny access to local databases or the local ID for specified users.

The scenario is, that a user is working at home office and is supposed to leave the company/get fired. Administration would like to have the option to deny not only access to the server but, beforehand, also (trigger to) deny access to local databases the user might have on his client.

Or, if possible, to have the option to choose that a user ID should be locked out locally BEFORE it is locked out for server access (f.e. when choosing the option "Lockout ID" from the menu "Actions > Set Password Fields" or within the Administration-tab of the person).

With home office work being more popular atm, the scenario above is more likely to happen than before.

Does not help if the user is up to no good and makes daily copies of his databases and Id file.
