Option to start Notes client without any recent tabs after a crash

You know those times when you're working on something and Notes starts running an NSD? And then after crashing, you get all the tabs back, including the one that probably caused the crash in the first place... which makes Notes crash again? And again?

I think it would be a cool feature if Notes showed a dialog box while launching after a crash to allow you to load the tabs again or to start clean. Something like "Do you want to open the tabs you were working on?" Something like what browsers show after an unexpected restart. (if it allowed us to choose which tabs to open back it would be even cooler)
