Provide option to change the value of "Default Address format" while installing Notes client.

Currently there is no option available to set the value of "Default Address Format" through Policy document, Notes.ini parameter or installshield tuner.

for example if we want to set the value of "Default address format" to "Format 6" while new installation of Notes client there there should be some option available.

Default address format setting is under "File" >> "Preferences" >> "Contacts" >> "Default address format".
