Obey setting "Drag and drop saves EML" also for dragging tab sheets out of standard client

Using standard client 12.0.0 there is a basic settings whether you want to save an .url or .eml when dragging documents into another program. This is fine.

However, this setting only is respected when you are dragging documents from e.g. your inbox view into another program. If you opened the document by doubleclicking and drag its tab sheet into the other program, always a .url is created. It would be nice if this would also either save an .eml or .url according to the setting.
