Prevent Local archive databases to be copied and opened on machines which are outside of organization

Currently users can archive the mails in local archive databases in Notes Client. However this creates one risk as these local archive databases can be copied and opened on any computer which is outside of organization. Some customers may be interested in preventing opening of these archive databases on computers which are outside of their organization. So please add a script in database which can be set via archiving policy and that script should check particular setting/registry etc. to verify that if the computer belongs to this organization or not. If not then it should not allow to open the database. Please make this change in master mail template so that it will be pushed to all archive databases.

Rejecting because the proposed solution would not prevent an NSF outside the organization.

What would help is to enforce using locally encrypted NSFs (+ preventing the user from disabling encryption), and shorter lifetimes of Notes ID files.

PS: How would a user transport the NSF file to a computer outside of the organization? Maybe this potential leak is what should be addressed first?
