Additional feature to translate Anchor Link to HTML

Create a Notes URL in below format on some Page present in Notes Database.

Ex --> http://<servername>/<DBname>/<viewname>/<ID>

On click of this URL, notes document on browser will get opened.

After the click, instead of displaying the beginning of the document, need a feature to display the second half of the document.

If the content is too long in document, currently you need to scroll down to see the second half of document.

Anchor Link can be used for same if document is supposed to be opened in Notes Client instead of browser. However, Anchor Link are not translated to HTML.

So, need additional feature to implement this.
