Notes name changing process very troublesome

Many administrator feel the process of changing Notes user name very tedious process and not practical, cab't it be like other system once admin issue the changing all get updated automatically.

    Percieved Adminp slowness is mosy likely to do with the Delayed Request settings (Server Doc -> Server Tasks -> Admin Process.

    AdminP can be a bit slow in updating name changes for chairs of meetings. It can take up to 48 hours. The other thing that is not automatic is updating of the name change in the ID vault. The user needs to login for the name change to be reflected in the ID vault.

    I don't find it tedious to change names at all.  AdminP is your friend in this instance.
