Customers have users who only access the notes calendar to perform day-to-day activities. The customer is using follow-ups for the received emails on which action needs to be taken by user. But the issue is the follow-up events are not shown in the notes calendar daily, weekly, monthly or any view. In the notes calendar, the created Meetings or ToDo events are visible in all the available calendar views. Though, there is an option to open the same in the Mini view and select the follow-up option to see the follow-up event. But if it is visible in the calendar view like Meeting or ToDo event, it will be easy and more helpful for the end users.
