When you create a rule or Quick rule, boolean OR is the default for multiple conditions. You should change this to AND, because most users select more than one condition when creating a quickrule and keep OR instead of AND. This very often leads to rules that delete or move more mails than intended.
If AND is default, they do less harm by default if users are unfamiliar with logigal operators.
Example:
IF Sender=Vacation.manager@acme.com AND Body contains Holidays THEN delete mail
gives you less problems than
IF Sender=Vacation.manager@acme.com OR Body contains Holidays THEN delete Mail
