Access delegation in mail-in database

Hello

I'm referring to the request https://domino-ideas.hcltechsw.com/ideas/DOMINO-I-1515 where they talk about the access level needed to be able to configure access delegation in a mail-in database.

It seems that you need to have manager access in the ACL of a mail-in database to be able to set access delegation for others since you are not set the mailfile owner of the mail-in database.

This means that the user(s) who own the mail-in database need a rather elevated access to be able to maintain the list of delegates.

And if, as a manager of a mailin database, give delegated access to someone, the delegate is unable to create a folder since the role create shared folder is not selected in the ACL.
