Do not show security alert when updating client ECL using policy

In a Domino/Notes environment that has been configured with default ECL settings, if adding new users to the administration ECL and updating the client ECL using a policy, etc., the client will receive an Execution Security Alert the first time the ECL is accessed. Currently there is no way to avoid displaying this security alert. Please add an option to not display this security alert. (e.g., do not show a security alert when updating a client ECL using a policy)
