Create a section in the Notes Help database to allow custom help

Currently there is no way for a company to provide custom help documentation for Notes users. To solve this, here are two alternatives for possible ways to implement it:

1. Add a section in the Notes help database for custom help and create a form and functionality to facilitate authors and editors to put company-specific help documents in the database where users will see it when they open Help.

2. Make a single page in the help database and give instructions for how the admin can Put a single link on that document to a separate database that the company can use as a l that uses the Discussion database template.
