Make Extended Properties work with Databases outside the data directory, too

As a developer, I have databases outside the data directory, all the time. - Currently I hava a bunch of backups from different dates of the very same database. (looking for errors occoured on different days). Having to copy them into data (and having to never forget to switch of replication) feels like not realy neccessary extra steps.

    As the author of the Advanced Document Properties plugin, I would like this too. I tried very hard to find a workaround, but ultimately it needs to be fixed in the Notes client itself (the notes:// links don't resolve properly if a database is outside the data directory).
