Request you to increase mail rule 32k size limit from "Block Sender List" or change the logics in addition of email ids into one field. which will be very much helpfull to bypass this limitations.

I would like to increase the number of mail rules. One of my customer also said that 100 rules is so small for some part of power users with real business case.

The limit of 100 mail rules still applies due to the construct of how mail rules are stored. They are stored as individual fields in the calendar profile document.

AFAIK since there is an upgrade to the 32K limit, in theory Domino 10 should enable you to have more mail rules.

Here is a typical use case. Your company has 500 customers. You provide 100 of the customers the address of a shared mail file to which to send mail regarding RMAs and purchase orders. When email comes from customer #1, it goes to folder #1. A rule is in place to move mail from customer #1 to folder #1. To accommodate customers 200 through 500, you create four additional shared mail files to receive correspondence. This correspondence will then be filed in a folder based on who sent the email.

I would be tempted to DOWNvote this idea. If your work process requires 100+ mail rules there is definitely something wrong with the way your organisation works.
